showlister
Description: Showlister is a really simple content management system (CMS) for bands, public speakers, performers, entertainers, or anyone else who needs to maintain a performance calendar online. Rather than having to deal with your web site maintainer, you simply log in to a password-protected page on your site and enter/edit/delete your shows via a forms-based interface. Then you include some php code in your 'shows' page (or use the demo one that comes with the app) so it will always pull your upcoming shows directly from the MySQL database. The latest version (.03b) fixes a few minor bugs in the editing interface, corrects a typo in the SQL installation instructions, and adds a new sample shows page which demonstrates how to display show details on a seperate line from other show data. The previous version (.02b) added support for managing multiple bands/artists from the same central database. Several demo files are included to show various ways of pulling show and artist data from the database.

Description: The Calendar Version 2.0 is a calendar that is totally rewritten when there were some bugs discovered in version 1.0. This script is written and debugged in less then one hour! Set with one variable what language the calendar should contain. The layout is totally editable with some variables which create a CSS stylesheet, so the code stays neat! I was really impressed with WebCal but I wanted something a little more basic, with a mini-calendar view. Active Calendar
Description: Active Calendar is a PHP class that generates calendars (month or year view) as HTML tables (XHTML-Valid). It can produce static calendars without any links or calendars with navigation controls, a date picker control, event days with event URLs, and linkable days (optionally URL or Javascript). The layout can be configured using CSS, and JavaScript is not required. The supported dates (on systems using a 32-bit signed integer Unix time_t) are: 1902-2037 (Unix) and 1971-2037 (Windows), when using the default PHP native date functions, and 100-3000 and later, when using the ADOdb Date Library.
